Carrier onboarding

Once the decision has been made to work with a carrier new to your business, our focus will be on establishing a smooth start of the partnership. Obviously, all expectations and requirements need to be documented and will be signed off by parties involved. We apply a 3 party approach to make sure we materialize the results of the RFP and establish necessary IT-connections.

Freight invoice audit & pay

Checking incoming invoices from the selected carriers and paying truckers within agreed payment deadlines. This is a very important process which is often underestimated. As your 4PL-provider we will make sure invoices are in line with agreements made and that prognosticated savings are materialized

Performance & cost reporting

Measuring on time pick-up and delivery performance allows us to visualize the reliability of the transportation operators.
